  • It’s im-paw-tant to socialise your puppy as early as possible, but safety is more important! Your puppy needs to be fully vaccinated and cleared by their vet for outdoor adventures. We will also need to see their vaccination record again within 6 weeks to ensure that they have completed their vaccination course, including Kennel Cough. Special attention will be given to your puppy to ensure that they are safe and learn how to interact in an appropriate manner.

  • Yes, although young puppies can come before finishing their full course. At your meet and greet, we will ask to see your dog’s vaccination record which must include kennel cough. We will make a note of when their vaccines are next due to ensure that all of our dogs are kept up to date.

  • The majority of our walks are on private, sole-use land; this is for the security and safety of our dogs, as well as allowing dogs of all ages & abilities to regulate their own energy expenditure. When these areas are fully fenced, it’s also a great opportunity to practise recall! We often meet other day cares or walkers to make even more furry friends!

  • The first step is to contact us, either by email, the contact forms on our website, or through social media.

We will then arrange a free meet and greet with you so that we can meet you and your dog to discuss their suitability. Next, we can book a trial for your dog at the discounted rate of £10.

If everything goes well, then you will be registered and able to arrange further sessions.

  • We know that not everyone is comfortable neutering their dogs at a young age and so we don’t enforce neutering for dogs in our care. However, if intact dogs show any sexualised behaviour, we may ask that you stop sending them until they have been neutered.

Bitches on heat should not participate in group walks. As well as the risk of unwanted pregnancy, her pheromones can have a significant impact on the other dogs, even if they have been neutered. This can lead to unwanted attention for her, or even aggression amongst dogs.

  • When you register with us, we will ask you to complete some forms about your dog including their vet details. If your dog does require a vet, we will try our best to get them to their usual vet. If this is not possible, then we will take them to our usual surgery: The Vet, Nottingham.

  • We accept cash, card or bank transfer.

  • Cancelling a session with more than a week’s notice will incur no penalty; if you have paid in advance you can either have a refund, or arrange for a different day to send your dog.

Cancelling a session with less than a week’s notice but more than 48 hours is non-refundable, however we will transfer the booking to another day wherever possible.

Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice is non-refundable and non-transferable.
